Instructions for First Use
- Preparation: Boil water, then remove it from heat.
- Fitting: Submerge the mouthguard in the hot water, following the instructions provided.
- Molding: Allow the mouthguard to soften, then place it in your mouth and bite down gently to mold it to your teeth.
- Cooling: Rinse under cold water to set the shape.
Warning: Remove water from heat before adding the mouthguard to prevent damage.
Cleaning and Maintenance
It is recommended that you clean your mouthguard after each use. Rinse with lukewarm water to help remove any debris or bacteria. Tap dry and store in a protective case or plastic bag. You can also brush your mouthguard with a soft bristle toothbrush to remove any debris. DO NOT USE TOOTHPASTE. You can also rinse or soak your mouthguard in mouthwash. This will help kill germs and bacteria and refresh your mouthguard.
